Can customers contact me outside of Locatory?
Our Premium and Enterprise plans allow you to create a featured public catalogue, where your inventory list is visible to all Internet users, even those outside of our marketplace. This means that your parts will be accessible to everyone. We recommend publishing the Public Catalogue or a link to it on your company website to increase traffic. Additionally, buyers can use our Supplier Management Tool (SMT) to connect with suppliers who do not list their inventory on Locatory.com.
Can I contact suppliers directly/ can I see their contact details?
Our marketplace helps registered companies conduct business efficiently and quickly. We provide clients with contact details to facilitate direct communication and resolution of business cases. However, we encourage customers to communicate through the marketplace, as it adds extra value through the use of our order management tool.
Can I get a trial?
We offer trial access to the marketplace. You can easily schedule a demo on our website. However, we highly recommend participating in an online demonstration with one of our managers, as they can showcase all of the features and hidden benefits of using the marketplace. This is the best way to fully evaluate the potential of the platform.
How many members are on your database?
The number of involved and active business companies on our platform is not constant, as we continuously onboard new partners and some users may disconnect their accounts for various reasons. Currently, we have been rapidly growing every month. To ensure the validity and legitimacy of these organizations, we take extra measures to verify their legal identity. This way, you can be confident that you are not wasting your time on ghost accounts.

How much is per month?
The price for the marketplace depends on the chosen plan. We offer three tailored plans: Pro, Premium, and Enterprise. We also have Amber A.I. available as a standalone tool for buyers. The Pro plan costs $2,900 per year, or approximately $241 per month. The Premium plan is available for $4,900 per year, or about $408 per month. The Enterprise plan is customizable based on the number of users and the specific needs of the company, and pricing is negotiable. Amber A.I. is available for $790 per year, or approximately $65 per month, and provides access to suppliers' inventory lists and an RFQ sender tool. All of our plans are billed annually.

Can you send us quotations with a lead time?
Lead time is an optional parameter that suppliers can indicate if they have specific time frames or limits for shipping goods from their warehouse. Suppliers who respond to RFQs directly typically include lead time in their proposals sent via email. Buyers can also specify any time limits they may have by indicating a desired delivery date in their RFQ.

Locatory.com is a platform where buyers and suppliers can connect and conduct business. The marketplace is used daily by OEMs, MROs, part traders, distributors, and other aviation industry players from all over the world.
Do you have these parts?
Our public search function allows you to check whether parts are in stock. Additionally, our managers can generate customized reports based on provided stock data to analyze demand, understand competitors, and identify potential sales opportunities.
How to update stock?
There are several convenient ways to keep your stock up-to-date. One option is to upload files through the Manage Inventory menu on the marketplace. Our success managers are also available to assist: simply send a request to inventory@locatory.com and we will take care of it. The most efficient method is to establish an API connection with the marketplace, which allows for constant updates and requires minimal effort, as the software handles the process automatically.
Do I need to pay extra for adding new users?
The number of users is unlimited, and the price does not depend on the number of users. However, the number of concurrent connections, or simultaneously active users, is limited based on the selected plan.
Does Amber A.I. have an additional cost?
Amber A.I. is included in all of our plans at no additional cost. It is also available as a standalone tool for $490 for companies that want a simple, quick solution for searching and buying.
What to do when I can not find a part?
If partners are unable to find the parts they are searching for, we recommend using the Watchlist and Express Billboard. The Watchlist will notify all subscribed companies when the listed parts become available, and the Express Billboard allows for direct messaging to inform all partners that a company is looking for specific parts. Additionally, the Supplier Management Tool can help connect with suppliers who are not trading on the Locatory.com marketplace, allowing for the potential to receive offers from a personal list of vendors.
How to update stock (especially when we use our template and it does not work when uploading in the marketplace)?
There are several convenient ways to upload your stock. The first option is to use the Manage Inventory menu on the marketplace to upload files in any format, as our mapping tool allows for the use of original file formats. Our success managers are also available to assist: simply send a request to inventory@locatory.com and we will take care of it. The most efficient method is to establish an API connection with the marketplace, which allows for constant updates and requires minimal effort, as the software handles the process automatically.
Asking about new users – is it free to add new user, how to do it?
Partners can add users from the Company profile menu under the New Co-worker tab. The number of concurrent connections, or simultaneously active users, is limited based on the selected plan. If you need to increase the number of connections, please send a request to support@locatory.com.
What is the email address of Amber A.I. tool?
Amber A.I. quickly reports the availability of spare parts by distributing RFQs to all suitable suppliers with just two clicks. You can get instant results by sending or forwarding emails to amber@ai.locatory.com. Follow the generated link to open the Amber RFQ Generator, select the desired parts, and send an RFQ, or simply reply to a received message to send a request to all suppliers listed in the search results, which will be included in an email.
If we assist and upload for the customer, is charged additionally?
At Locatory.com, our primary focus is to provide our partners with the best possible experience. To achieve this, we assign each partner a dedicated Success manager who is familiar with all aspects of their business activities on the marketplace and is always available to assist. This individualized service is provided to all partners at no additional cost.
