Return Period
You have to *RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND AND EXCHANGE* item must be returned in its original condition.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy online return process, or email us customersupport@hilalenterprises.com
*Returns must be in the original condition, packaging with invoice.
Who Will Pay For the Return/Exchange Cost?
Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
How many days will it take to issue a Refund?
A refund will be issued within 14 working days once we have received the item. We will refund the amount to your bank Account. Please fill out the return form with full bank details including IBAN.
How many days will it take to get an Exchange?
An exchange order will be sent within 14 working days once we have received the item depends upon the availability of the product. If you are in hurry please place a new order & send correct order for a refund.
Faulty items/ wrong item
If you receive a faulty item please contact our customer service team, with your order number, name and address, reason for returning the item and whether you would like us to issue you a refund or an exchange. We will arrange a pick up from your doorstep.
Important Note:
- For International Client When there Local Representative receive a Product We are not responsible after handover an order.(We always keep all details of International Client and Representative) Like NIC,ID and Passport details.
- We also Not Responsible either they shipped or resale locally because International Client have also sale there products locally after buying from us.
